"From November 25,2021 until January 8,2022 I had to do a great deal customer service texting to get my tracking number to find out where my order was one dress is for great the other 2 I should have gotten larger size and they put a black zipper in a red dress the zipper should be the same color as the dress and the sleeves support to be quarter- length but they are not they are long sleeves this is the second time I received a red dress with the wrong color zipper I will not order any thing"

"Did not know they had an app! I'm giving Ericdress 5stars due to my familiarity with their website, I've order multiple jackets, coats, vests, and a few shirts. Plus some faux fur lined pu leather coats which look ridiculous, yet awesome at the same time. Keep in mind everything comes from Asia, so the buttons & zippers will all be on the "wrong" side of the garment. I've noticed complaints about shipping, US customs for imports are about 3+ months backed up. So expect 90+ days for shipping!"

"I ordered a jacket there November 9th is said 3 t0 14 day shipping. It is now the 29th I still don't have my jacket, they have already been paid. Now they're telling me to wait another week and I keep telling me be patient. How patient can somebody beat it's been almost 30 days and I have seen nothing. They said it was a non stock item but yet when I place the order they said they had 20 of them. Myself I will probably not order anything from them ever again."
